是宾语从句，例如：

2、I am also very happy that my graduation paper have passed and got an A. I've prepared this paper for a long time.论文通过，而且取得A的好成绩，我也很高兴。
3、I am very happy to know that you have just won the second prize in the national English speaking contest.得知你在全国英语演讲比赛中获得了二等奖，我感到非常高兴。
I am happy that这种结构中的that引导的句子是宾语从句。
在英语句子中，及物动词后面可以跟一个完整的句子作宾语，是宾语从句。在“系动词be+形容词+that…”中，that引导的句子也是宾语从句。如：
I am happy that he has made such good progress.
We are sure that we will cucceed.
例句：
Instead of complaining that the rosebush is full of thorns， be happy that the thorn bush has roses.
